🏡 Background: By the start of 2020 I've started to work as a marketing specialist for Slovak market no.1 in the Travel segment - Pelikan.sk. We had a big ATL marketing plans. 3 months later, the pandemic and a big transformation came.

⚠️ Challenge: How to handle online marketing communications in the most affected segment during the pandemic?

💡 Solution: The new world of travel landscape requires a new way of travel marketing. We must inform about everything, remove as much friction as possible for our travellers and celebrate the good news. This was our narrative for the past 2 years.
